I had a boyfriend years ago with this issue. I teased him that he really didn't need large size condoms, but he did because the regular size would tear right away. He used Magnums. Some regular condoms are larger than others, but I would steer clear from the Japanese (Durex, etc.) condoms that everyone is so found of because of the thinness and sensitivity. They are also a bit on the small side. I've never used one, but maybe a female condom is a possibility.
