Clearly its always better to have the real thing. That goes for everything, not just breasts (you never really specified what real or fake you are talking about). The real thing is always of higher quality when it comes to purses or sunglasses or anything else you can buy a replica of. Movies also, buy the real dvd. Movies cost a lot to make, and buying fakes just encourages studios to cut corners to save on costs because they know they can't sell as many dvds.

Most definitely real! Fake anything is a total cop-out and totally for people trying desperately to get attention. Real - all the way!
