I think that it is good in general but the temptation to misbehave on there is terrific.
I can see relationships being trampled and people getting hurt as a result of such an open meat market. But then, the site isnt to blame people are.

Some of my friends have their music on MySpace. This is good. I also have an account there to be able to share my music there in the near future. This is good too.
But... Some stuff on MySpace is disgusting. This is bad.
It all depends on how you use MySpace and with what purposes. I guess if you manage to find something good there, stick to it, and stay away from all the bad things...
And this is a serious answer! This is how we should treat life in general, I believe!

I think it's kind of retarded. I don't see why it would be bad. The news keeps talking about the sex offenders, but I don't really think any intelligent person would be stupid enough to give away their personal information and meet with someone they had met on that site. Honestly, If they're that stupid they deserve what ever the sex offender does to them.

I like it, but there are many alternatives out there. Any site that lets me share my thoughts, and have others interact is a good thing.
I've never run across anything disgusting, and abusers are quickly "outed" by other users.

I think it's dumb and a waste of time. It can also be unsafe and many kids are operating myspace without their parents knowing.

it's good to keep in contact with friends but it's boring but it's good to have if it's not used for ur porn and what not
