They built a Wal-Mart in a town close to here last year. The thing is that its a green background where it says Wal-Mart. Does this have any specific meaning?

Wal-Mart Hometown stores (small stores) and supercenters are blue. Hometown stores usually do not have the food side. Supercenters have it all. The green Wal-Mart stores are grocery only. They are called Neighborhood Markets.

well, here in vegas, the green walmarts are "Wal-Mart Neighborhood Markets".. just grocery stores but they are smaller.

Its the newer Walmarts they just started redoing them all again. I guess they got to spend all that money some how. Maybe the green stands for all tha money they are making.

Never in my life have I seen a green Wal-Mart. Maybe you should get your eyes checked, or maybe you could be color blind.

its part of their new thing. they have stared uniforms too and if you pay attention the color scheme on allot of inside things have changed too, like their banners and the style of things they carry, b-leave me i know i work there
