10 because the rest are perfect cubes.

27 = 3 x 3 x 3 = 3^3
64 = 4 x 4 x 4 = 4^3
8 = 2 x 2 x 2 = 2^3
125 = 5 x 5 x 5 = 5^3
1 = 1 x 1 x 1 = 1^3

But 10 doesn't have an integer cuberoot.
