It can play any systems games. Like if you want to play xbox 360 games, just download them off the internet on the ps3

if u do that it is illeagal (copyright laws) ps3 can play ps3, ps2, and psx games Xbox 360 can play 360 and xbox games wii can play wii and gamecube games also if u have internet acess u can download all old nintendo games u may be able to download games from previous consoles that r owned by microsoft but not other companys like sony or nintendo copyright laws will prohibit them from working sorry to pop ur bubble but that's the truth and if u ever get it on and working that my friend is a fellony and u can go to jail if caught (u will get caught eventually) so for safe keeping don't do it
