Neutrons are neutral. Protons are positively charged. Electrons are negatively charged. The nucleus is made up of protons and neutrons. Knowing that like charges repel and opposite charges are attracted to each other the obvious answer would be protons.

Proton.
Remember like magnets?
negative (electron) and positive (proton) attract each other.
Neutrons are neutral so there isn't attraction going on there.
Electrons repel each other.
