You have to work for a bank and have them train you to be a Teller. There are no special qualifications, you don't have to be a graduate.

Most retail banks will expect their employees to study for banking exams, but a Teller is an entry level position and it is unlikely they will insist you pass before they'll let you sit behind a window and hand out money.

Probably a H.S. diploma or GED.
