In my case, I was three months pregnant and in the doctor's office I did a urine test and it came up negative. (I also did home tests before going to the doctor and they were also negative). In my case, I had to have a blood test that finally confirmed my pregnancy. I guess in some women home tests don't work as well. Congrats!!

home pregnancy test are only 99.9% correct also you could have done something wrong. when taking a home pregnancy test for best results make sure you take the test first thing in the morning that is when the pregnancy hormone is the strongest

Is it a cheap home pregnancy test? If it is that may be the reason.

You womble, it works on the concentration of the hormone HCG which ONLY occurs after fertilisation, the idea is that 3 days after you have missed a period, you take the test, and it measures the concentration of that hormone.

The test is infallable, people who claim it isn't clearly don't know how to piss in a cup...

maybe you are not far enough for the test to detect it, my friend was like that, she did a home one and it came up negative but went to the doctors to have a blood test and it came up positive, my suggestion is to go to the doctors and have your self checked out

because they are faulty... think about it.. those things are made by machines.. while a doctor can have a lab tech test it manually.. @ the hospital we usually take manual over machine.. even if its something small like a BP
