well you have to go to gta .com and click the game and it shows were you can buy the games and it shows different phone numbers for the stores so you can call and see if the game is in stock.

Janesville has some used game stores, so does beloit. Looks like Best Buy in Janesville or Wal-mart in Beloit or Janesville would have them new

best bet is wal-mart or maybe EB-games, or gamestop, or just anystore with the word game in the title, idk not really sure what stores you got there, also try the mall, most ones ive been to had a game exchange store where you could get a used version for fairly cheap
