Uh, no. Not necessarily.
It's a matter of opinion on who's "ugly" and who's not, but I think that a lot of women who wear makeup are also beautiful without it.

Only guys will have views like that, they like girls to be natural and pretty. What they don't realise is some of this so called "natural beauty" also wears makeup. And there's nothing wrong with enhancing our natural beauty with makeup.

It depends on the face, you cant hide under make-up if your ugly, although make-up can enhance your beauty. In my opinion natural is best, but nothings wrong with getting a little help with make-up. Just dont change how God made you.

Not all the time it's mainly celebs. because they wear makeup so much their skin get's all funny nd pale. Personally i think that i don't look as good without makeup on. I have alot of scars on my forhead from acne so thats the main cause.

Some naturally beautiful women still wear mascara or lipstick or whatever. Tell your guy friend that he really can't generalize like that.

ACTUALLY, IT DEPENDS ON WHAT EACH PERSONS DEFINITION OF UGLY IS. THER ARE SOME GIRLS THAT LOOK PRETTY ALREADY AND ADD MORE MAKE UP ON THEM TO MAKE THEM LOOK WAY WAY PRETTY. THERE THERE ARE THE ONES WHO LOOK OKAY AND PUT MAKE UP ON AND LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. THEN THERE ARE THOSE WHO ARE NOT SO PRETTY AND PUT MAKE UP ON AND STILL IT DOES NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE. IT REALLY DEPENDS ALSO, WAS HE DRUNK? I KNOW FOR SURE THAT THAT DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE ALSO.
