Yes there is a natural way on site below. Then after that go to home page and see fat loss tip # 11. It has articles by 2 MDs telling how bc pills can make you fat, depressed, infertile, strokes and breast cancer.

I'll be honest with you. I went on birth control for many reasons and none of them were for protection from pregnancy. I have to tell you, that it has been a wonderful life saver. I have a lighter, shorter period, no breast tenderness, no PMS (I was so bad), I don't pig out anymore just before, no more migranes. I bloat less too! YAY! Try the pill.

Protection from pregnancy has just been another benefit.

I don't think there is anything you can eat. Midol helps alot to get rid of the pain. I had a really heavy period unitl I went on the pill. I know it seems like a big step, but it also helps to regulate it.
