It seems as if you were discrimated against. This isn't right. There was nothing wrong with your question or it's content. It's very likely that it was deleted because of how 'unpopular' it might have been amongst some of the readers. The Answers staff really needs to take more care when deleting questions.
Perhaps you should try leaving a complaint with the Y!A staff. Something isn't right about this.

It only takes 1 person to complain. So what if you love another woman? I don't see where that makes you any less a Christian than say some one who is married and sleeps with anything that spreads her legs. If being a lesbian is a sin against God then you are the one who will suffer the consquences in the end. If people tended to their own business they would have so much to do they would not have time to worry about who someone else sleeps with.

These sites are screwy and your situation is further proof of it. First of all, your private life and choices are simply yours to make. As long as what you say and do are legal and in good judgement, there is nothing to worry about. Your happiness is a lifelong challenge---we are all constantly looking for whatever makes us happy. The sites are a poor model for how we should go through life. Way too many people with nothing to do....seems as if there is plenty of time to go out and find a way to make a difference in your day...help people or learn something....all these are ways to meet new friends and who knows where you will wind up---certainly not going anyplace cooped up in the house on a computer. But like everything else, this is your decision too. Merry xmas

I try not to look too closely at anyone's pictures or profiles.
You never know what will be looking back at you!
Please do not let a website hurt your heart/feelings. There are many people that seem to like to hate and cause hatred - they are not the only people on this Earth. Jesus brought two rules to live by - see the New Testament. Love God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind. And love your neighbor as you love yourself. Easy rules. Enjoy life - love everyone; especially send love to those that are unlovable. xox

Some people are offended by some things, but not by others that would offend us. Personally, I have no problem with a question or picture so long as the person writing/posting it is not purposely trying to offend anyone. You weren't, but some people can't stand having people's preferences placed right in front of them. They like to pretend that gay people don't exist or can be "saved" like that woman claimed.

Don't let it worry you. I had an answer removed because I referred to the questioner as a possible homophobe. He reported it and it was removed. I guess I hit too close to home.
By stating you were gay you probably offended the holier than thou people from that section.

yahoo has really strange rules about what can be allowed on here and what isn't.
i got a thread taken down because my negative opinions about those who have threesomes was apparently too harsh.. and i agree, my comments were harsh.
but then they allow all these gay bashing questions on here? that doesn't seem right at all to allow people to openly promote hatred.. that's actually a crime up here in Canada..
so thumbs down to yahoo for allowing these type of questions on here..

You probably got flagged, but the other lady didn't. I wouldn't take it too personally.

A picture of a woman with her legs spread is not necessarely pornographic. It is beautiful. It is sensual. It is powerful, and as a woman yourself, you should know and understand this. I do not mean to be judgemental - I did not get to read your question.
Would you mind emailing it to me, or posting it again?
Thanks.
