ok - you've been asking a lot of this type question so maybe this will help.
The 1st digit to the right of the decimal point is the "tenths" place. A "tenth" means 1/10 or 0.1 so in your number above, 5.328, the 3 in the tenths place means that it has a value of 3/10 or 0.3.
The 2nd digit to the right of the decimal point is the "hundredths" place. A "hundredth" means 1/100 or 0.01 so in your number above, 5.328, the 2 in the "hundredths" place means that it has a value of 2/100 or 0.02.
The 3rd digit to the right of the decimal point is the "thousandths" place. A "thousandth" means 1/1000 or 0.001 so in your number above, 5.328, the 8 in the "thousandths" place means that it has a value of8/1000 or 0.008.
so in your number above 5.328
the 5 = 5 times (1) or just 5
the 3 is equal to 3/10 or 0.3
the 2 is equal to 2/100 or 0.02
and the 8 is equal to 8/1000 or 0.008
