I'd put money on NY, but it could actually go 2 ways:
Rachel's too happy go lucky, and her mouth is always open in some type of smile or laugh, so she'd leave herself open to having her teeth knocked out.
But New York's kind of anorexic looking, and Rachel's got some weight on her, so Rachel could easily body slam her or something. lol
Either way, that fight would be hilarious.

I don't think Rachael Ray could hold her own in that fight. New York fights dirty and would pull Rachael's hair and make her cry. The only way Rachael could win is if she manages to heat up some soup and dash it on New York while it's boiling hot.
