Go to www.alluc.org, then click on Anime, FullMetal Alchemist and pick your episodes of interest. It'll ultimately take you to GUBA.com, where you should click on the screen so that the show can properly load (I tried it to make sure that it works and it does!).

YouTube deletes, the only other way I can think of other than buying(to expensive) would be to watch Adult Swim.
