I write about my day. All the good things and some of the bad. I make it a letter to God, i say Dear God, i did this and this today. I really need help with so and so because she's annoyyying. I write everyday- even if it's two sentences. My diary/ journal is lavender and it has a Bible verse on the cover with a little girl on the cover with flowers. I keep it beside my bed because nobody reads it because i let them know it's my business and thoughts. i write in it to sort out my day and what i could do to make the next day better. its also fun to read back on. i started when i was six!

I started keeping a diary about 2 years ago. My Diary is on the computer in a ZIP file with a password ....I back up my Diary every couple of months on a CD in case computer goes down.
I have a personal reason for starting a diary (relationship thing).
I write about days events, weather, bills paid...stuff like that.
If my wife ever gets into my Diary and reads it ...well....it's not going to be pretty.

I started a diary when I was 11, dropped it, then started again at 13. I'm now almost 50. I don't write in my diary every day; sometimes I might go months without writing anything.

My diaries are blank books about the size of your average hardcover novel. Over the past few years I've also kept several online blogs.

I used to keep a journal. And I think I will start one again. They are great for getting info out of your head and onto paper. I write anything in my journal. The hardest thing to do when I write in my journal is be absolutely 100% honest in fear that someone else will pick it up. the danger of a journal is that it is not in your head anymore and it is on paper making the secrets you hold onto available for others to read. So I would suggest you keep it somewhere very very safe. They are great for noting the progress of your journey through this life :)

I do. I write about what has happened during the day. The journal I am currenlty writing in is yellow with purple flowers. It is thin. I like writing. I started keeping a journal last year.

I've never written in an actual paper journal. I did for a long time keep a livejournal and now I use Myspace.com to blog.
I don't know that I updated daily but pretty frequently. I felt I could put anything and everything in there.

Yes. I try to write everyday but sometimes I get lazy. The ironic thing is when I have a lot going on and interesting things to say, I'm too busy or tired to write!

Way back when I was just starting to work, I would have a Daily Planner to keep track of the things I did, what was scheduled, important notes, and some thoughts (or to-do lists) ...

Now ... I use my PDA to keep track of every day -- appointments, to-do lists, bills to pay, things to do, and what I need to follow-up with .... and things like that -- notes on calls I need to make ... nothing really personal (like feelings).

I have an online journal.
I don't update in it everyday, just like once a week, about random things, not exactly my whole life in it.
Been doing that for like 2 years now.
