PART 1

sqrt((9! / 9 / 9) + 9) = 67

9! = 362,880
360,880 / 9 = 40,320
40,320 / 9 = 4,480
4,480 + 9 = 4,489
sqrt(4,489) = 67

PART 2

(sqrt(9)!)!)/9 - sqrt(9) - 9 = 68

sqrt(9) = 3
3! = 6
6! = 720
720/9 = 80
80 - 3 = 77
77 - 9 = 68

Here's the first one:

(0.9 repeating + 0.9 repeating)^(sqrt(9)!) + sqrt(9)
(1 + 1)^6 + 3
2^6 + 3
67

Here's the second one:

((sqrt(9)!)!)/9 - 9 - sqrt(9)
((3!)!)/9 - 9 - 3
(6!)/9 - 9 - 3
720/9 - 9 - 3
80 - 9 - 3
68

Bonus question!! Can you make 66 with four nines?? (Yes)
