Yes this conversion has been done very well. With the North Star V8 that man is correct... You will need Deep pockets and might need a Carbon fiber Hood made for it...
Also the Buick Park Ave Ultra, Bonneville SSEI, etc.. With the 3800 II with Super Charger has been a very easy swap and Great HorsePower gains... If you can find a DOHC 3.4 SC V6 engine that would also be very Cool...
Good Luck with the project...

The gen a million ka additionally got here in an quite uncommon a million.5 type. As has been suggested, it relatively is going to value hundreds to alter producer engine. Mounts, wiring looms, gearbox, seize, etc. Plus you have the project of the relatively small area in the engine bay. multiple mechanics prefer to easily drop the engine out for any artwork on it. individually, i could attempt to search out the a million.5 engine or a fiesta engine could be extra priceless

I doubt you can fit a V8 in that engine bay, and it is front-wheel drive. The transaxel will most likely not bolt up to any V8.
Go to a shop or autopart store and see if there is a supercharger kit avaliable for your engine.

1) you will spend twenty times what your GP is worth attempting to convert it to a V8.
2) you will likely spend three times what it is worth installing a turbo engine. If your vehicle is not already equipped with the turbo engine then you will need all electronic components, wiring harnesses, instrument cluster, fuel system and exhaust plumbing in order to make it work.
A suggestion: go buy a car with a V8. You will save years of frustration and thousands of thousands of dollars.
