yes ...... not just humane capital punishment but the worst islamic type .......... their throat should be slit and their head display in public ...... they should die a worst fate than their victims

And the State of California needs to speed up the appeals procedure... no more of this 10-15 years before we execte them!!
Scott Peterson was sentenced in March of 2005 and SHOULD be fried no later than December of 2009 (five years after conviction).

Yes.
By doing so we accelerate the process to send all these garbage to Judgment Day.
I do not believe society should keep a person who kidnaps a child, rapes her/him, kills her/him and finally throws her/him into a cesspit, alive.
Other cases might be reassessed.
