I came across this page while looking for a place to purchase a frame for my marriage certificate. For all the people that think it would be cheesey or tacky to frame it, I feel sorry for you. A marriage certificate on the wall is a daily reminder of not only the love you share, but also the committment you made to one another. To love, HONOR, and cherish each other for better or WORSE. With divorce rates at over 50% I think more people should hang their license up so that they see it every day and work hard at their marriage every day. Whatever you decided I hope the past 7 years have been wonderful for you.

I suggest framing it, then keeping it somewhere safe, but I've never been married.
My entire life, I've never seen my parent's marriage certificate, but I know they keep it safe somewhere.
Good luck to you and happy marrying!

Ours was framed till it met with a tragic accident a few years ago. Then it just kind of got put in a folder with other papers. But yeah, we were sooooo proud of it!

I used to keep mine in a filing cabinet with other important papers (birth cert., soc. security card etc..) But I know someone who has his on a bulletin board in his office kept up with a push pin. He says its there so whenever a hot chick comes in, he can remember that he cannot ask her out. Do whatever you want with it. People are usually so proud of that piece of paper when they first get it. I know mine is just a reminder of one of the most stupid decisions I ever made.
