Ulta or any beauty store. Also if u go to a nail salon they usually sell there polishes & im sure they have white polish.

the best ones you can find are from AVON! order them. they come in a set, individually and more. they have the white french tip pen, the nail polish and more.

Go to Wal-mart they come in manicure sets that have the white, a light pink and sticker aides to help you get it right.
