Me and my friends are doing secret santa but decided to give everyone else a mini gift. Does anyone know any creative ideas on what to get thats cheap but not worthless and useful?

I'm not sure if you wanted to make something but I made some bottle cap magnets filled with resin that sold pretty well at a craft show recently. Back in my day, just kidding. When I used to do Secret Santa, we had to buy cheaper things. Some are Christmas towels, mugs, packets of cocoa to put in the mugs, a scarf or hat, mittens. For the day we revealed who was Santa to whom, we could spend more. I received a set of 6 Christmas glasses with a winter scene. I still use them. Have fun. You could also do playing cards or hand held games or perfume.
