Honestly I wouldn't judge anyone based on the fact they have a criminal record...walking down the street you can't tell by looking @ someone that they have a record, so why judge them based on that?? I don't think people should be judged based on race, sex, etc. Only God can judge us. And those like Ariel: Oh yea? All bad people? Its people like you that make it hard for people who are trying to turn thier lives around after making a bad decision. No, they aren't all bad people and alot of them made one mistake and now they are being hated on by people like you that honestly, aren't any better then they are...you are no better then anyone else. For all you know that person that watches your kids could have a record, but it shouldn't haunt them forever. The bad people are people like you that judge others based on decisons or things they've done, not on the type of person they are and the type of heart they have...

Child Molesters would definitely take 1st place in my book. Murderers would be a close one for 1st place. Those that batter, abuse and kill women and children..murders of the elderly, and those that abuse and misuse those that are mentally incapable of cognizant thought.
I would never be friendly to any felon and would give them the most stringent sentence possible, under rule of law. They would definitely take the place of illegal aliens that are doing the farming! They would not receive an education above high school and would not obtain college degrees at taxpayer expense. Look at Illinois and how taxpayers paid for a sex change for Richard Speck, who killed all those nurses. Ludicrous!
