The fastest way is to put arms in first then head. I wore Navy Jumpers for years, and their tight fitting. This was the only way you could get it on, unless you were double jointed.

haha nice question! Well I put whatever isn't tired- like in the mornings it's usualy my head, because my arms are weak from sleeping- but then changing into sleeping clothes arms, because my head just wants to fall asleep!

I put my head in first but I think that most women do. By assumption. I have seen most guys put their arms in first.

I put my arms first, so I can put my head through safely.. Otherwise, my hair would get messed up.. lol..
