Sometimes. It's easier to teach them the value of crack and the assortment of drugs. It's best to start young if you want them to be a pro, mate.

No a crack house is not a good place to raise a child.

Get real, you know the answer to that one, and if u or someone you know is raising a kid in a crack house, hopefully you have enough sense to do something about it and help the kid out!!
