There is not much you can do except for gain lots of weight. Unless you want to go through surgery.
You can also try using bras that make you look a little bigger, or use inserts into your bra to enhance them.
How old are you? What size are you currently? You should get properly fitted as 80% of women are wearing the wrong size bras.
Nothing natural you can do to make them bigger, surgery would be the way to go.

well, you ARE 12. they probably will get bigger. look at the people in your family to get an idea. also be careful what you wish for: my best friend in high school complained all the time about her tiny boobs. then suddenly in 11th grade she got her wish (and more). she was suddenly a C/D cup. she was so unhappy with them (they hurt her back, made running difficult, etc.) she eventually got a breast reduction... to answer your question directly: your boobs will appear bigger if you wear a padded bra. your boobs will actually get bigger if you gain weight. they may also get bigger if you go on the birth control pill. however, it is a bad reason to do either. listen to what that other user said: small boobs are very attractive. i've talked to many men about this. plus, when you get older they won't be at your knees...

Nothing. You can make them LOOK bigger by doing excercises that increase the muscles under the boob.

.I absolutely adore little boobs.. Think they make girls/women look so petite and super feminine.
