They should get the guy back who got them promoted in the first place. Can't for the life of me , remember his name. He did a great job with Hull City, and the annoying thing was " He didn't want to leave " I would like to bet he is going crackers, seeing all his hard work go down the drain.

Well I hope you don't end up with Dowie, mate. Really don't see that working out - one good season with Palace can't paper over the cracks forevermore, surely.
Can't actually think of who you should go for - apart maybe from Joe Royle on grounds of experience - so will settle for the bloke who played Boss Hogg in the Dukes of Hazzard ( TV series ) - get you some good publicity if nothing else !
