normally, i would def start palmer, but hes against a good indi secondary. green bay, on the other hand has terrible defense. in addition, kevin jones is hurt, limiting the lion's run, meaning that kitna will be forced to throw it more.

I would go with Kitna on this one - Roy Williams is on fire right now, and John Kitna always loves to throw. You can't go wrong with him, but Palmer hasn't been very consisten this season in terms of fantasy. I have him on my fantasy team, but he's never the same from week to week.

Start Palmer over Kitna.
This is a good question because the Lions lost Kevin Jones and are expected to go with Arlen Harris at running back. Even the Packers defense can handle him. The Lions have Mike Martz as offensive coordinator, so don't be shocked if they completely bail out on the running game and throw wild on the Packers.
What puts Palmer over Kitna in week 15 is that the Colts-Bengals game will be filled with offense.
The Colts defense is one of the worst run defenses I have ever seen, and they're not exactly studs against the pass. Bottom line: If you own Carson Palmer, you're going to want to start him since this is a huge game for both teams and everyone involved should put up some numbers.

Stick with your gut and start Kitna. Indy's secondary is decent but their run defense SUCKS, so Cincy will just run Rudi Johnson all day long... Palmer will only throw when he needs to, while Kitna will passing a lot with Jones out. Besides, who's the offensive coordinator in Detroit?

Palmer is a guy you just don't bench. Kitna is on a bad team.

there is no question to this, Palmer all the way. Indy's DEF is just bad this year. It's going to be a high scoring game

Palmer's too good to leave on the bench, (if jones is injured, dont you think the pack will focus more on the pass?)
