Ok here is what I suggest. Start off two to three feet in front of the rim bounce the ball but put a backward spin on the ball so that when it bounces it comes back to you catch the ball with one hand (your shooting hand) bring the ball up with that hand and shot the ball making sure you use proper form do this until you are shooting nothing but net then take a step back continue this process this will strengthen your shooting arm and insure that you are shooting using proper form. Continue to do this on a daily basis. You will see the difference and you will be amazed how much better you start shooting.

practice lining up your feet first. If you are rightie, line up your right foot with the bar of the hoop. If you jump try not too. Follow through always. Aim, and shoot straight out. Dont move ure hands until ball is release. Try starting up close to the net and every shot made take one step back

Honestly the best way to improve your free throw shooting is to practice and study what the best do, namely Mark Price and Rick Barry. They have the highest percentages in NBA history. Look at their mechanics and what they do, and that should help you out.

stay consistant and create a routine. i personally spin the ball in my hands, dribble twice then spin the ball again whil looking at the backboard, then shoot. im a pretty good free throw shooter and that works for me. mainly, just have confidence and focus. youll be fine

Shoot in the dark.
Shoot in a place where it is dark, where you can see only the rim, and shoot.
It really works.
