How come that everytime I look forward for something, that I am so sure of that I work hard for, gets taken away at the last minute?

Part of it has to do with follow through the other part has to do with expectations

My life has always been a success because:-
I never anticipate the results or think about it or worry about it. I work at my best and gather all info to make my effort satisfactory for me. I am not results oriented.
2. I try to change whatever can be changed and accept whatever cannot be changed.
These work well.

When one door closes another opens. Whatever it is that you were looking forward to may not be for you. Usually, something better will come along. Patience is key...
