most buffets start with a salad so eat a heathly salad. Ceasear salad is not as healthy as a reg one with spinach use a light dressing and sparingly. The once you are 75% full on salad go for a little whatever you want in small portions always. Remember you really can eat whatever u want it just means you have to work out longer. Maintaing weight is simple people make it complicated. Burn more calories then u take in most treadmills tell u how many calories u burned after u enter ure weight and age.

Good luck.. Try to eat at Sweet Tomato if u have them very healty buffets.

hey, it's a buffet, and you deserve to indulge in something once in a while. if you want to avoid overeating, eat some fruit first (it'll fill you up).
but if you go to buffets often and want to stay on a diet, think about this: if you won't ask for seconds at a restaurant, why go for more at a buffet? fill up your plate once with all you wanna eat and then stop.
and for the greasy stuff just blott off the oil w/ a napkin

Eat like the hunters of ancient times: have your fill, and then don't eat anything for two days. That, or do NOT eat your fill. Just because its "eat all you want" doesn't mean you should "eat all you can". Don't load up your plate to the max, keep them "shallow", have some coffee (which contains caffeine - an appetite suppressant), drink some water, and avoid the desserts and other high calorie foods.

Uhh Ohh I am always the sweet little Lola. I have never had weight problems. I eat only what I need for the moment, but red wine is a must.

Fill up on salads and soup, mostly. Have small portions of other food. Eat a little, wait a bit, eat a little more. That gives your body time to register that you've eaten and you'll be less hungry.

I just think small portions. I don't eat a lot but I get to taste a lot if that makes sense.
