And I dont really just a few more christmas gifts to get and i need to get stuff for a school project this weekend
How can I stop feeling like this?

Just take a breather and make a list so you know exactly what you have to do. Sometimes lists help to put things into perspective so that even if you feel like you have tons to do, you can look at the list and check off stuff so you know exactly what you have left to get done.

Address the task at hand. When that task is completed, go on to the next. The easiest way to do this is to make a list and organize your thoughts. By writing it down on paper, you can rest knowing that you haven't forgotten anything. Once the task is completed, mark it off. It gives you a great sense of accomplishment and alleviates the stress.
