I would have to say Golden Globes for good reasons.
First, you get the best of both worlds. Where do you see big actors interacting with T.V. stars?
Second, unlike the Oscars, the Golden Globes smartly divides their awards into subcatagories. So, comedians and dramatic actors both get their dues.
And finally, the Golden Globes do not show any favoritism ala Crash of last years Oscars.

Golden Globes are definitely more fun and less uptight, but I like the Oscars--still my favorite.

I try to watch all of them, but it also depends on who is nominated. If I'm not excited about the nominations I can't sit through it. I do favor the Daytime Emmy's more...especially since I attended the show last year =)
