I have been using iMemoryBook for my journal. It is a memory book system that allows you to normally print memory books, but it works well for a journal. You can add your photos to it and print it as well.

Hi I have several journals on the go at the same time Ive one for my garden what i do each day whats flowering whats dying what Ive planted ripped out what my plans for the future
Another is for my pet domestic rats its more on what they do than what i do unless they are sick and i track vet appointments and med's etc
My own private musings i write non stop without thinking 3 minutes each morning its amazing when i go back in a few weeks what i discover as to problems or answers in need are in those streamless thoughts
I keep a separate journal for my herbs this is again like my garden one but includes designs plans and recipes for all things smelly [nice smelly that is ... potpourri] With my garden journals i take rough notes each day then write them up once a week My animals that's a day to day thing sames as my musings My herbs are the end of week thing it may seems a lot of time but takes me about 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour not counting my 3 mins per morning each week to update the journals if i miss a day week or even month [i was very sick] it does not bother me as i can easily back track I 'create' my own journals as I couldn't buy what i wanted I usually use a 3 ring binder and make a nice cover for each one and make up all the pages i need i often look at journals for sale or on the web and get ideas off them for the pages
hope this helps

I do have a journal and I use it for expression. I write about my day, special events, secrets. You could choose to write everyday, but you are the one writing so there's no rule when it comes to that. I write in my diary/journal when I can (like every 2 days)

Yes, i write. I write when i am angry, sad, happy, excited, nervous, Ect. I Just any emotions i may be feeling that i need to get out. Sometimes i just write and reminisce about the past and old memories. Iwrite poems, and draw, and ask my self questions and set goals. Some times i write to god.Sometimes i write to myself. It's very relaxing, and it really takes out your frustration if your angry. It works. You also learn and disover yourself. It's also very fun to look back on it after a little while and read an entry from when you were very angry, or it could be reassuring to look back on a time when you were really depressed and sad. It lets you see that you were able to get through a hard time. But you have to be careful with it if you have nosy people around your house- (sisters, brothers, foster siblings, group home family) I am finally getting to relax and really let out my true feelings without worrying about it getting into the wrong hands. I turned 18 this summer and in my own house. But if you have a problem like that you could make up codes, or write poems, or just write in it like your writing a story, or like what ever situation your in, it's not written so they know it's about you, make it look like your talking about somebody else. I had to do all that stuff, seriously, if it wasn't my sisters, it was my aunt and foster sisters and all that stuff, so i really had do some disguising. Nobody could figure my out and i became labeled "secretive." Not a bad name huh?

I have too journals one is my knitting journal, where I write about about what I learned and when, new pattern ideas for my book I'm writing, and other knitting things. The other is my craft journal, where I write about new crafts I want to try, new techniques I hear about, things I spontaniously think of and want to write down so I don't forget. Both are composition books I have embellished to coordinate with whats inside.

Yahoo Answers "is" my diary. The answers and questions I ask here are living proof, I have memories of things I did in the past and this I do day to day. Im lucky because its harder for me to sit down and write. The computer offers me an escape and a chance for me to recall things I have seen, said, and done that can help others cope with their issues.

I keep a journal of our 'doings' on our farm. I write every day, and have since 1997. I love to write; that's why I do it.
I use spiral notebooks, like school kids use; they're cheap.

At the end of everyday I write in it, or I try to at least. I write about my day and what went on and how i felt about it.
I write in a spiral.
