I don't have those special wipes but I have fingerprints on my screen that I want to remove. I once used a commercial cleaner and it ruined my screen so I am reluctant to clean it.

Use a slightly damp lint free cloth.

I would suggest a Microfiber towel and just damp it a little with cold water. Warm or hot water will damage the pixels on a laptop, trust me I had to fix mine because of that. Just use the Microfiber towel, make sure its one for glass windows and you will see that it will clean better that 409 or windex.

You can put windex on a paper towel (not on the screen) and gently wipe till they are gone.

Good Luck

I personally use a small horse hair paintbrush and luke warm water, seems to work okay for routine cleaning.

I just use an old damp white sock and it gets the dirt off.
