Saint Nicholas Day--the saint's feast day--is December 6.

I do not know on what day he was born. Wikipedia says Nicholas was born in the third century A.D.

Since he always says HOE HOE HOE I assume he was born during the summer season and does a lot of gardening on his birthday.
