An online RPG with horses.... The only thing I can think of is World of Warcraft cause knights get to ride horses.
If you have a PS2 a good game is Shadow of the Colossus. The guy rides a horse 99% of the time.

Heres a good online RPG game. Its a multiplayer game too.
Its called Zeus' Legacy.
Free,fun,worthwhile,and non-download.
