Go to tools, then options...in options go to security and make sure that "Allow cookies" is checked and then try.

Might be a bit different if you aren't using Firefox.

With IE open go to tools > interent options > Privacy > sites and allow those sites.

what ever security system youre useing is blocking cookies and it needs to be lowerd

check your privacy setting
internet options than privacy, set too medium
