No, the San Diego Chargers received't win large Bowl XLVII. in reality, i do no longer believe that the Chargers may even make the playoffs this upcoming season. i believe that the Chargers will end the 2012 season in third position contained in the AFC West branch, with a 9-7 list.

No they wont win the Superbowl this year, they wont even make it. Somebody should tell Marty Shotenheimer that one player doesn't make a team. No team who bases their whole offense around one man and what he does during a game is going to get very far. Their defense has been up and down this year, nothing special there except for Shawn Merriman. Their secondary isn't all that good and can be exploited quite easily. There's a reason Marty has never won a Superbowl, and he wont win one this year either. Saints go for the NFC, Ravens go for the AFC

the odds are against a team who's defense allows too many points,i will conceed that if the chargers do make it to the superbowl that it will suck to be the nfc representative facing them.they still have 2 weeks, and possibly the colts and ravens to go thru to get to miami.
at this time last year the steelers were 8-5 with slim playoff hopes.keep in mind scince 1998 baltimore, denver
and pittsburgh have won it all as wildcards for the afc,
and as k.c has demonstrated 3 times(95.97,03)and indianappolis(05) also, the top seed has'nt faired too well.

They will make it to the superbowl against the Bears and the Bears will win. LT will have an unpleasent meeting with Brian Urlacher or Adawale Ugunle or some one else either way he is dead.

In a scientific poll consisting of my neighbors and me (three PATRIOT fans), we think that the Chargers have a balanced offensive attack (better than Balt) and a balanced defense (better than Ind), so unless the Patriots awaken from their stupor, it will be the Chargers for the AFC in the Super Bowl.

The chargers seem like the most balanced team. The only reservation i have is their head coach has a horrendous record in the playoffs for his career. Schoentenheimer, or whatever his name is, is something like 5-12 in the playoffs with no super bowl appearances, ouch. A better bet would be baltimore, a balanced team with a head coach with an outstanding record gameplanning in big spots.

The Chargers are the best team in the NFL right now......but they better watch out for the Bengals.

LOL mattapan26, I like your answer.

I think the Chargers have a very GOOD chance of getting there and winning, so yes.

the colts - have fallen
the broncos- have to many qb issues with no solution
the ravens- not likely
the bengels- have lost there roar
the pats- if they had a wide out might be still in it
the bears- are the best int he nfc- but we allknow the afc is going

I'll tell you what, the conference championships could very much look like this:

San Diego vs Cincinnati - AFC
New Orleans vs Chicago - NFC
