There's *far* too much paracetamol in that mix if she's taking full doses of each. Tell her to go to her doctor and be frank about what she's been taking. If you're really worried about her a trip to A&E would be in order.
Too much paracetamol can cause serious liver damage.

Definately as they all contain paracetamol.
If your friend has taken over the recommended amount she needs to visit a doc even if she feels well as there is a risk of delayed liver damage which is associated with overdosing on paracetamol.
Also tell your friend that she is irresponsible and needs to ensure that she does read the packages as they show what they contain and also advise not to take any paracetamol containing products with a particular one.
If her pain is not under control she needs to visit a doc. Kapake is a prescription only med and her doc will have advised her not to mix with other over the counter meds
There is 30mg of codeine in each kapake tab, and it is likely the pain in her stomach is caused by the codeine. Especially if she is taking them on an empty stomach, which she shouldn't. She desperately needs an appt at the docs for a review of her headaches and pain control.

The maximum adult dose of paracetamol (known as Tylenol or Acetaminophen in the U.S) is 4 grams per day for short-term use, and much lower (around 2.5 grams) for chronic use. Acute overdose, or chronic use of high-dose paracetamol can cause potentially fatal liver damage.
Typically 1 tab of Kapake or Solpadol contains 500mg paracetamol (refer to the product label to see the exact mount of paracetamol it contains). And depending on how many tablets your friend takes per day, she may already be at the dose limit. Adding more paracetamol on top of that may not be a good idea.
Ibuprofen or naproxen can be an alternative, but given that your friend has pain in stomach and also under her breast, I would recommend seeing a doctor first to see if those medications can be safely used in her. While those medications can help relieve minor headache or migraine, they should NEVER be used in people with bleeding problems or stomach ulcer (#1 cause of death due to medication misuse in the U.S). By your description I cannot tell what is causing her stomach pain.

she certainly shouldnt be taking solpadol and paracetamol together as solpadol is just soluble paracetamol.
I am not surprised she is getting pains in her stomach and under her breast, is it at the right hand side? If so then this may point to liver damage which is caused by overdosing on paracetamol. She should see a doctor straight away.

Make sure your friend takes professional advice on this. If youre in the uk try phoning NHS direct for expert advice. If not, get her to enquire with a doctor at least.

Did the same doctor prescribe her all of these? If she has doubts about her doctors' knowledge of these meds taken together have her call her pharmacist and talk to them about all her meds.

YES! they all contain the maximum dose of paracetamol...so taking them all together means she is exceeding the maximum dose of paracetamol you can safely take
