Go to Home Depot and buy the gallon size of Ortho Max for $12-15. It has a small tube and sprayer. It's professional strength and works real well. Don't mess with spray cans.

A second vote for " Roach-Pruf" ... I think it has boric acid crystals ( like someone else said) And if you use it right and get it under cabs and into walls( where you can!) It'll work for years...the little buggers get the stuff on their feet and take it back to the nests to kill everyone!!! Yikes!
