sunny side up too because it just tastes better to me. i like it with soy sauce too!

Take a piece of bread and tear a hole out of the middle about two inches in diameter. Place the bread in a hot skillet then crack your egg into the hole. Flip the bread/egg after one side is done. Remove after the other side is done. When on the plate, with a fork peel back the done part of the egg that is in the hole to reveal the still runny yoke. Cut a piece of bread off and dip it into the yoke. DELICIOUS I call it an Egg in a Basket.
