How long after a miscarage do you bleed for?

Does anyone know how long after you m/c you bleed? Also is it going to be like a normal period? I know your not doctors, and yes I have talked to my doctor, I was just asking for ppl opions whos been through this.

I bled for three weeks, and my period came about three or four weeks later, and it was normal.

i've had a miscarriage before. i was in the car and about two months pregnant and a felt tlike a pop down there and all this weird clear stuff came out. after that they were rushin gme to the hospital and all this blood just started gushing out. it was alot i bled all night . alot. then the next morning i had surgery so they can remove the remaints. i went home later. but then i still bled a little. now i am a neimic where you don't have enough iron in your blood. the doctor said i lost too much blood. the signs were i kept passing out and i wasn't really that hungry . and i always felt real weak and found blood every now and then.

Well for me, I had a dnc done after my miscarriage, so i can only go on what i experienced with that. I bleed for about 9 days with the first part being like a heavy period around day 5 it slowed down to a very light one. I only had to wear panty liners by day 7.

My m/c around 6 weeks along I bled for about a week and a half, normal cycle of 4 days.

My 18wk m/c I bled for 4.5 weeks, stopped for one and it's back again now. Ug.

When i miscarried i bleed for 6 days and it was not at all heavy. No clots. The color was from red to brown. I did however hurt so bad in my stomach and back. I was also tired.

i blead for 3 weeks after the miscarriage. and my next period was normal but a little heavier and lasted a couple days more
