I have this project to do were we have to make a skeleton out of stuff, and i was wondering if anyone could help wih an idea of what type of material to use to create a spine, skull, rib cage and pelvis that is relativly easy and quick to do

i think papier mache on a wire frame(coat hangers maybe?) would be pretty quick and easy to do(for the rib cage and pelvis at least. For the skull i would use papier mache around a small balloon and pop the balloon when it dries. The spine is a whole different animal. its a very complex set of bones. if you want to just represent it then i would also use papier mache on a wire frame. dont for get the coccyx ;)

It's totally easier to steal these things from someone while he's sleeping and then sneak them back before he wakes up.

Maybe styrofoam. That's cjeap and easy to work with, but I don't really know where to buy big solid blocks of it.

Cheese, i guess...you would just have to carve and put back into the fridge though...
