I'm sorry I don't have a copy nearby, however, there's a short saying by the prince that each of us is in a shell of life. In other words, we live in, literally speaking, something like a shell to protect us or keep our mind and soul within. Thus the shell's our physical body then when the time comes, we're destined to depart from the shell, that is, to pass away.
