Find a good song to relax to, when I get really stressed out I listen to this song Aqueous Transmission by Incubus it really helps you mellow out, don't turn to drugs or alchohol that will only make things worse, try and take some time and think to yourself about why they are pissing you off and how you can resolve it. You may want to just talk to this person about it. It sounds stupid but most people need some time to just freak out and let go of all that rage inside and it's hard for the average person to deal with everything. At some point you just need to break, and like preventative forest fires it's best to have a controled release than a cataclysmic one.

Try taking time out FOR YOU. Not just a deep breath, but some substanial time just for YOU to do what YOU want. AT LEAST an hour every day works for me. In reality, I spend two to three hours every day on me, most of the time I just hang out with friends and LISTEN to their life stories or I go to the gym and do some stretching for my back. I have this book I read every night before I go to bed, and someone I call to check in with, never fails to calm me down and get me relaxed. Get into a routine and things'll slow down and feel more stable, not only on the outside, but on the inside too. My experience has been, the more you talk about it or think about it, the more stressed you become. It's better to DO something about it.

You need to release your anger in some way that won't hurt anyone or yourself. I used to go put my face in a pillow and scream and yell till it was gone, or I was tired, whichever happened first. A punching bag helps too. An old jr. high teacher I remember from many years ago taught us to roll up a newspaper and whack it on a table while talking/yelling about what made us angry. After youre done releasing your anger, go pour yourself a drink of your choice and do something nice for yourself like take a bath or relax. It really helps

i guess the best way is to know the harm that stress causes, so try and think of the next few days ahead, talk with friends, take a long walk with someone , or without , read a book, and try and think of yourself as a good person and keep that thought.

When I get this way, I go to either the gym and beat up the heavy bag, or the batting cages and imagine the ball is the head of whoever it is that is causing my stress.

i would listen to some music.my favorite band or artist.then i'd picture in my head the person that i wanna hurt.so my point is to think about it mentally, but don't do it physically.i know how bad you wanna hurt that somebody, but don't.you can start punching pillows.that's really lame.just try to take your anger out.try taking a walk.or working out.it always works.

Go for a long run, until you are physically exhausted. Then you won't have any energy left for anger. Plus, those endorphins that are released during exercise will give you a sense of well-being. Try it. It works!

Get on your bike and speed petal around your neighborhood. You need to burn off the stress and aggressive energy. Running, Kickboxing, Raquetball, Basketball...Something you are going to sweat out your frustration. You have to get it out of your system or you'll explode
