The biggest one I've seen is in the movie Anaconda....in one scene you see the boat going down the river and the waterfall in the background is flowing upward instead of down.

In the beginning of the movie Outbreak, the scene is set in Zaire, Africa. They show capuchins (a species of monkey only found in South/Central America) in the trees there.

Just the other day, I was watching a new movie called FLYBOYS. There's a scene near the opening of the film where a young man has to board a train to take him off to war. It's supposed to be (I think) Kansas City, a Union Pacific or Santa Fe train, in 1914 or so. The train is OBVIOUSLY a small European local passenger train. There were no Pullman or Harriman-style heavyweight cars, and the locomotive was a tiny little teakettle steam engine.
Obviously a VERY British train. Kind of a bad screw-up if you ask me, considering the ease of access we have to such trains even today, not to mention the fact that the movie was touting itself as based on a true story.
Good movie, though.

Yeah i notice little things that aren't obvious... Like in the film Waiting about a group of people working at a diner... One man is given a card of a customer and he looks at it then throws it on the floor but when his friend comes over to him it's still screwed up in his hand... The big budget films have loads of mistakes in... I think they're called continuity mistakes... But i could be wrong lol

A lot of films have the problem of the lips are not moving in time with the sound especially on dubbed films. his has also happened on a few harry potter films and lord of the rings, but you need to be watching really closely. Then there are the not so obvious ones like in American pie jim picks up the cup and he drinks out of another coloured cup and other ones like that.

Every film has them but unless they're really obvious, I don't notice them. If you go to imdb.com, and check out the trivia for a film, they also have a list of goofs on there.
Just remembered, when I saw In Good Company, a scene in an office clearly showed the cameraman reflected in the glass!

Yes there are loads in the Harry Potter films..the funniest is in the first when Ron is trying to hold someone back when they are running with the brooms towards Harry after he has caught Nevil's rememberal and the last one is really bad (goblet of fire) you would think with such big budget movies these mistakes wouldn't happen!

Yes , in Young Frankenstein -the Mel Brooks film with Marty Feldman playing Igor, his hump moves from one side to the other.Actually It probably wasn't a mistake as the whole film is a spoof! but it is still very funny.

If you've ever seen the ringer with Johnny Knoxville, there's this one part where he first arives at the special olympics and meets one of the helpers that he likes. Then he gets walked down the hall to his room with the helper and both are wearing a totally different outfit that if you pay attention, is supposedly the next days outfit. Later, they both head to lunch in the same day in the outfit that they were wearing when he first arrives. It bugs me everytime!
