i am a service worker(teachers assistant) and for christmas the teacher i have service for gave me $75. and i dont no what to get her in return please give me some adivce.

maybe she might like a miniture fountain i got that for my teahcher and she loved!!!

Do not match her gift. That is, don't feel you have to give her a $75 gift in return. The only thing owed for a gift is gratitude--not a return gift.
That said, if you really want to give her something, you might bake her some cookies or small breads or cupcakes. (Maybe a gingerbread person that looks like her.) You can get her a pen or pencil or mug or ornament with her name on it, or a teacher-related ornament from Hallmark or American Greetings.
Maybe you can combine these ideas: give her some homemade or bakery cookies along with a personalized mug with a packet of instant cocoa inside.
If you're especially creative, make her an ornament.

Use the $ she gave you to buy a gift certificate for a store where she can buy school supplies. Many teachers go out of pocket for much needed supplies for the classroom and I'm sure she would appreciate it very much. And the students would benefit as well.

give her a nice thank you card. at my job i have subs. i give them gifts to let them know how much i appreciate them. i do not expect a gift back. or want one back.
