i would say go to a makeup store or something like boots and they'll give u the best creams and stufff... also u can use creams that have reflecting pigments in them... i have them from avon... they just highlight ur cheeks or wherever u want to glow..

I definitely would see a dermatologist about the brown spots. As for the condition, look and feel of your skin, I would suggest using Arbonne's NutriMin C collection. It's meant for skin over 30, but I am 28 and I use it daily. It's kind of pricey, but you can go on ebay and buy samples for cheap. That way you can try it out and see if you like it! (Plus, the samples last a really long time...you only need a tiny bit!)

For your face, I found out this great way to make ur skin glow... OK, when u wash ur face in the morning before u motourize put in a little of your conciler or foundation in it and spread over ur face for a dewy glow!

brown spots are hormonal, they will fade a little with a bleaching cream you can get from Sally Hansen, or try Sally's Beauty Supply. And, my personal magic bullet for glowy skin- Alpha Hydroxy face cream, it's amazing. It exfoliates AND brightens your complexion after using it just a few times! You can get this at any drug store and it is cheap, no name brand required.

The Jergens shimmer creams are really good! Try them! You can buy it in most drugstores and even Save On Foods! If you don't care to pay high prices, you should try Sugar Baby tanning/glow lotion, but I don't know where you can buy that...sorry!

I would go see a dermatologist and begin the obagi regime with Retin-a. Look up Obagi on google. It's an excellent program and it works.

All of the suggestions for you to exfoliate and use good lotion is all very good, but it won't do too much good if you are not drinking enough water. You may need to drink more , coffee, sodas and tea may be dehydrating you.
